Goal: To optimise furnace maintenance management (casing and coils)
Technology:By reviewing the equipment with Infrared Thermography, Petroval can evaluate hot spots, validate thermocouple readings, evaluate coke inside the tubes, oxidation damage of the tubes, external fouling, review combustion and provide advice on its optimisation.
Benefits:
Non destructive method.
Qualitative information (routine checks, hot spot locations, coke formation, remaining tubes life...).
Quantitative information (temperature measurements, skin temperature checks...).
